Overview
Lasp-1 is an actin-binding scaffolding protein that is overexpressed in 8-12% of breast cancers and is correlated to increased incidences of metastasis. Lasp-1 localizes to newly forming focal adhesions and membrane ruffles during cell migration (Lin, 2004). -
