RDH14
-
Official Full Name
retinol dehydrogenase 14 (all-trans/9-cis/11-cis) -
Overview
RDH14 exhibits an oxidoreductive catalytic activity towards retinoids. It is most efficient as an NADPH-dependent retinal reductase and displays high activity toward 9-cis and all-trans-retinol. No steroid dehydrogenase activity is detected. -
