Overview
PPWD1 is a putative peptidylprolyl isomerase (PPIase). PPIases accelerate the folding of proteins. It catalyzes the cis-trans isomerization of proline imidic peptide bonds in oligopeptides and may also be involved in pre-mRNA splicing. -
