Overview
It recognizes human SRB7, an essential component of SRB7/MED-containing cofactor complex (SMCC). This complex associates with the RNA polymerase II holoenzyme through SRB7 to enhance the gene-specific activation or repression induced by DNA-binding transcription factors. -
