Recombinant S.cervisiae Ccc2 ATPase, soluble domain A cloned from S.cerevisiae cDNA was expressed in E.coli. It consists of the soluble domain A of Ccc2 protein residues 1-72 (swissprot accession A6ZYM2). The protein is in the apo form. -
