Overview
The expression of protein-tyrosine-kinase 6 (PTK6, BRK-breast cancer related kinase) is restricted to normal differentiating epithelial cells. PTK6/BRK is overexpressed in many breast and ovarian cancer cell lines and the expression level is associated with poor prognosis. -
