CHSY3 has several biochemical functions, for example, N-acetylgalactosaminyl-proteoglycan 3-beta-glucuronosyltransferase activity,glucuronosyl-N-acetylgalactosaminyl-proteoglycan 4-beta-N-acetylgalactosaminyltransferase activity,metal ion binding.
