Cat.No.:  PE-0925
Product Name:  Recombinant Human Cyclin B1, His-tagged
Product Overview:  Recombinant human CCNB1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
Description:  CCNB1 is a regulatory protein involved in mitosis. This protein complexes with p34(cdc2) to form the maturation-promoting factor (MPF). Two alternative transcripts have been found, a constitutively expressed transcript and a cell cycle-regulated transcript that is expressed predominantly during G2/M phase. The different transcripts result from the use of alternate transcription initiation sites.
Applications:  SDS-PAGE
Storage:  Store at 4℃ if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store at -20℃ or -80℃ for longer periods of time. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
