Soil Phosphorus Content Assay Kit

Cat.No. :
Kit-3958
Product Overview :
Significance: Soil total phosphorus consists of organic and inorganic phosphorus, with inorganic phosphorus being directly available to plants. Organic phosphorus can be mineralized into inorganic forms. Simultaneous determination of total phosphorus, organic phosphorus, and inorganic phosphorus provides a comprehensive assessment of soil phosphorus nutritional status.
Principle: Phosphorus is determined using the molybdenum blue method. Inorganic phosphorus is measured directly from extracted soil samples. A separate soil aliquot is subjected to high-temperature ignition to convert organic phosphorus into inorganic phosphorus, yielding total phosphorus. Organic phosphorus content is calculated as the difference between total phosphorus and inorganic phosphorus.
Size :
50t/24s
