Applications :

The Anti-Human CD4 APC Antibody is a fluorochrome-conjugated monoclonal antibody for flow cytometric detection of CD4, the 55 kDa helper/inducer T-cell marker and co-receptor for MHC class II-restricted TCR signaling. CD4 is expressed on approximately 60–70% of peripheral blood T lymphocytes (helper T cells), as well as on regulatory T cells, monocytes, and dendritic cells. Accurate enumeration of CD4⁺ T cells is essential for immune status evaluation in HIV/AIDS clinical monitoring, transplantation immunology, and autoimmune disease research. Conjugated to allophycocyanin (APC; Ex/Em: 650 nm / 660 nm), this antibody delivers bright, stable fluorescence with low background, making it well suited for multi-color immunophenotyping alongside FITC, PE, and PerCP conjugates.
