The Anti-Human CD25 (IL-2Rα) APC Antibody is a fluorochrome-conjugated monoclonal antibody designed for flow cytometric detection of CD25, the alpha subunit of the interleukin-2 receptor (IL-2Rα), on human leukocytes. CD25 is expressed at high levels on activated T cells, regulatory T cells (Tregs), and activated B cells, making it a critical marker for assessing immune activation status. In combination with CD4 and CD127, CD25 is an essential component of the standard Treg identification panel (CD4⁺CD25ʰⁱCD127ˡᵒ). Conjugated to APC (Ex/Em: 650 nm / 660 nm), this antibody provides bright, stable fluorescence ideal for multi-color immunophenotyping workflows in immunology research, transplantation monitoring, autoimmune disease investigation, and immuno-oncology studies.
