The Anti-Human CD16 (FcγRIII) PE-Cy7 Antibody is a tandem-dye-conjugated monoclonal antibody for flow cytometric detection of CD16 on human natural killer (NK) cells, neutrophils, monocytes, and macrophages. CD16 (FcγRIII) is the low-affinity receptor for the Fc portion of IgG and plays a central role in antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC). As a tandem conjugate of PE and Cy7, this antibody offers excitation at 488 nm or 561 nm with far-red emission (~785 nm), making it an excellent choice for multi-color panels where PE and FITC channels are already utilized. This antibody supports high-dimensional immunophenotyping for NK cell subset discrimination (CD16⁺CD56ᵈⁱᵐ vs. CD16⁻CD56ᵇʳⁱᵍʰᵗ), lymphocyte analysis, and translational immunology research.
