Applications :
The Anti-Human CD16 (FcγRIII) PE Antibody is a fluorochrome-conjugated monoclonal antibody for flow cytometric detection of CD16, the low-affinity Fc gamma receptor III, expressed on human natural killer (NK) cells, neutrophils, monocytes, and macrophages. CD16 mediates antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and is a defining marker for the CD16⁺CD56ᵈⁱᵐ cytotoxic NK cell subset, as opposed to the CD16⁻CD56ᵇʳⁱᵍʰᵗ cytokine-producing NK subset. Conjugated to PE (Ex/Em: 496, 565 nm / 578 nm) for bright, high-resolution detection, this antibody is well suited for lymphocyte subset analysis, NK cell characterization, and immune monitoring in infectious disease research, cancer immunotherapy studies, and clinical immunology.
