The Anti-Human CD127 (IL-7Rα) PE Antibody is a fluorochrome-conjugated monoclonal antibody optimized for flow cytometric detection of CD127 (Interleukin-7 Receptor Alpha) expression on human leukocytes. CD127 is a type I cytokine receptor that, together with the common gamma chain (γc/CD132), forms the functional IL-7 receptor essential for lymphocyte development, survival, and homeostasis. In immunophenotyping, CD127 downregulation — in combination with CD4 and CD25 — is widely used to identify and characterize regulatory T cells (Tregs, CD4⁺CD25ʰⁱCD127ˡᵒ). This PE-conjugated antibody enables sensitive detection with a bright signal (Ex/Em: 496, 565 nm / 578 nm), making it well suited for multi-color flow cytometry panels in immunological research, autoimmune disease studies, and immune monitoring applications.
