Acid Phophatase Stain Kit (Kaplow’s/Azo Coupling Method)

Product Overview :

This method uses naphthol AS-BI phosphate as substrate. ACP hydrolyzes the substrate to release naphthol, which couples with a diazonium salt to form an insoluble colored precipitate localized in the cytoplasm.
The method is suitable for fresh blood smears, cell smears, frozen sections, and paraffin sections.
